Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of mobile applications and services provided by Ario Apps, including Stellara Astrology Birth Chart and Hindu: Gita, Bhajan & Puja. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the apps or infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use an app to violate another person’s rights.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require an in-app purchase or auto-renewing subscription processed by Apple or Google. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by the store and in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Unused portions of an introductory offer may be forfeited when you purchase.

Stellara content

Stellara provides astrology, birth charts, horoscopes, Vastu material, and AI-assisted readings for reflection and entertainment. Readings are interpretations, not facts or promises about what will happen. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Lumo’s AI-generated answers may be wrong. Do not use Stellara for consequential decisions or enter sensitive personal information into a Lumo question.

Hindu content

Hindu provides scripture, devotional audio, cultural information, calendars, and guided practices for personal learning and reflection. Translations, dates, and traditions may vary by source and community; verify anything important with an appropriate authority.

Availability and disclaimers

The apps are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of every interpretation, translation, prediction, or third-party source. Features may change as products, laws, and provider requirements evolve.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ario Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of an app.
