Please include the app name, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords, full payment details, or sensitive journal content.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.
Restore Stellara Plus
Open the Stellara Plus screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that made the purchase. If the App Store catalog does not load, confirm the device is online and try again. Email us if the issue continues.
Delete data
Stellara provides export and deletion controls under Me → Privacy. Hindu’s local information can be cleared through Android app settings or by uninstalling. For anything held by an Ario Apps service, follow Delete Your Data.
